Freedom of speech

Educational and artistic freedom of expression is guaranteed for all contributions and discussions in the forum.

Contributions and discussions in the forum are the private opinions of users and do not necessarily reflect the educational and artistic views of the ESTA International leadership. The ESTA International management, as the operator of the forum, assumes no responsibility for contributions appearing in the forum.

Any requests for fees or offers of fees or other monetary demands or benefits are not permitted under the applicable ESTA statute.

ESTA International management has the right to delete posts that

  • are suspected of being fake or trolls,
  • that contain offensive or discriminatory content,
  • which serve purely commercial purposes,
  • that violate applicable law or the current association goals listed in the ESTA statutes, in particular under Art.1.

Access

Eligibility

All persons who have a valid ESTA membership in ESTA International or in one of the national ESTA branch associations are entitled to participate in the forum.

Registration is carried out by filling out and submitting the registration form, which can be accessed on the ESTA International website under the “FORUM” menu item. After confirmation of the valid ESTA membership, the password will be sent by email. You can access the forum by entering this password. Passing on the password to other people is not permitted.

Agree to the Terms of Use:

By submitting the application for a password, users declare their full agreement to all terms of use.

Users are requested to comply with applicable law, i.e. in particular to protect data protection, privacy and confidentiality.

Protection of identity

If users want to protect their own identity, nicknames can also be chosen as usernames. However, a valid email address under which users can be reached must appear behind the nickname

  • for ESTA International management,
  • to receive messages and requests from other users,
  • for advisors to be able to get in touch.
